WESTT BV 66 interactive learning station in Aviation Competence Centre (ACC)

On Thursday 16th of February,
Price Induction installed a WESTT BV 66 interactive learning station in Aviation Competence Centre (ACC), a key European player in Part 147 initial training located on Maastricht airport, Netherlands. The BV 66 solution will be leveraged for aircraft aerodynamics and propulsion training. In particular, students will benefit from live hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the DGEN 380 turbofan engine thanks to the original FADEC installed on the bench. ACC’s instructors were trained on Friday and first simulations were run successfully!

ACC and PI have already some collaboration plans in the coming months to develop further BV 66 functionalities and modules.

On Saturday, Price Induction was invited to participate in ACC’s Open Day. This annual event is a great opportunity for high school students, their parents and families to discover ACC’s facilities, volunteer students from ACC to do some demonstrations on the aircrafts, instructors to explain ACC training program and career opportunities in MRO; and, industry partners to show off their capabilities. In short, lots of fruitful interactions with all this passionate community as shown on the pictures below!

Price Induction warmly thanks ACC’s management and instructors for their trust in this new WESTT solution!
