The WESTT solutions are versatile and complementary tools based on the DGEN 380 engine developed by Price Induction and intended for higher education and research purposes.
The DGEN 380 is the first turbofan for the general aviation market: it allows the emergence of 4 to 5-seat light aircrafts commonly called "Personal Light Jets” (PLJ). The DGEN 380 is a two-spool, high bypass ratio, unmixed flow turbofan jet engine which is particularly compact and lightweight. Its low noise and pollution levels, its “all electric” design, as well as its integrated FADEC are many features which make the WESTT solutions exceptionally innovative.
The WESTT product family is the legacy of our design expertise. Inspired from our in-house simulations, assembling and testing means, it has been specifically designed for instructors and researchers who need access to a wide range of state-of-the-art training tools. Plus it offers the high-end technology from the development of the DGEN 380 combined with a low operating cost and proficient technical support.
